Signatures
Every mailbox can have one or more signatures that Cirrux appends to outgoing mail. You can write them in the rich-text editor or drop in raw HTML – useful if you want a logo, custom fonts, or markup pasted from another tool.
Manage your signatures
Create a signature
Go to Settings → Mailboxes, pick the mailbox you want to edit, and open the Signatures tab. Click New signature and write your signature in the editor.
One signature is marked as the default and gets attached to new messages and replies automatically.
Use raw HTML
For maximum flexibility – logos, branded fonts, multi-column layouts, or signatures generated by a third-party tool – switch the editor to HTML mode and paste your markup directly. Cirrux preserves the HTML as-is when sending.
Add a logo or image
If you need images in your signatures, you can do so by uploading your images on a public link, so receivers can download the images there. Use the raw HTML variant to insert the external image URLs with a standard <img> tag.
Multiple signatures
You can store as many signatures as you like per mailbox – for example a long version for new threads and a shorter one for replies. The default signature is used automatically.
Switching between signatures from inside the compose editor isn’t available yet, so for now the default is the one that ships unless you delete it from the message manually.
