Welcome to Cirrux! These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using Cirrux. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Cirrux offers email, calendars and contacts. In addition, Cirrux offers tools to help you make a secure backup of your Google account.
Cirrux is a product by Werk Slim B.V., located at Larenseweg 136, 1222 HM, Hilversum, The Netherlands, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77760026.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, please let us know immediately.

Cirrux Backup is a paid service. You can cancel at any time. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Don't use Cirrux to do anything illegal, to spam people, or to abuse our systems. We may suspend your account if we see unusual or abusive activity.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you delete your account, your data will be removed shortly after.
We may also suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we decide to shut down the service (we'll try to give you notice if that ever happens).
We do our best to make Cirrux reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.You use the service at your own risk. We're not liable for lost data, missed backups, or other issues.
We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll post a notice on our site or let you know by email. If you keep using Cirrux after changes go live, you're agreeing to the new terms.
